Occasionally, I have had a disappointing contractor, but fidelity has always listened to my concern and either remedied the situation or sent out another provider. I appreciate my home warranty and have renewed every year. I have recommended fidelity to other family members, who have been happy as well.

I opened 4 Service Requests with Fidelity over the last several months. For each request, within 1-2 business days, I would be contacted by one of their vendors to schedule a visit. Granted, I haven't had an emergency situation (knock on wood) where I needed immediate assistance. I had a good experience with 3 of the 4 vendors that were sent out to my home. I made a complaint about the 4th vendor and spoke to a manager at Fidelity. He listened to my complaint and was very calm over the phone. After talking things through, the manager was able to provide me a resolution that I was satisfied with.

I bought a new home. A few things went wrong have to pay $75 each time but the dishwasher and plumber guys both were great! I did something very stupid by using too much soap! Live and learn! Smart tech appliance was great! Will unfortunately use again!
